My BlackBerry finally died and I was tired of it anyway. This time I’m trying a Samsung Intercept, with Sprint service, one of the touch-screen phones with a slide-out keyboard. Not 4G, but we don’t seem to have 4G service in this area anyway (and 3G is iffy). Android software, and it plays nicely with Google web apps — important to me because I use Gmail and Google Calendar for business. I can edit my contacts over the web and have the updates replicate to my phone. Browser is good enough that I can log into one of my WordPress websites and make edits, in a pinch.
Still figuring out how to use it, but I’m generally happy.
